Claude — simplest first demo
  1. Open Claude → Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector. Team and Enterprise users need their organisation owner to add it first.
  2. Name it “Smart Investor Demo” and paste the MCP endpoint above. Continue, review authentication, select “No sign in”, then Add. No credentials are needed.
  3. Enable the connector in a conversation and ask to see your example investor portfolio.

ChatGPT
  1. In ChatGPT web, open Plugins → + → Add custom MCP server.
  2. Name it “Smart Investor Demo”, paste the HTTPS endpoint under Connection, and select no authentication.
  3. Review the server warning, select Create as a plugin, and inspect its read-only tools.
  4. Install the plugin, start a conversation, type @ and select it, then use the starter prompt above.

Other clients need remote Streamable HTTP MCP and the MCP Apps UI extension to render this interface. Basic MCP clients receive labelled structured data and text. Use the browser preview if the client cannot render Apps. Import and rendering have not been verified in commercial hosts; do not assume universal support.

What this demonstration includes

Portfolio overview · sortable holdings · interactive performance periods · fictional fund fees, risk and return comparisons. A combined dashboard is optional.

All data is fixed and invented. This service has no real account access, trading, credentials, financial API, AI model calls or paid inference. The assistant you connect may use its normal plan allowance. App interactions only read data.

Branding is used for this client demonstration. This is not an official Smart product or a claim of commercial brand licensing. Poppins is used under the SIL Open Font License.

No application analytics or request-body logging is enabled. Cloudflare and your selected assistant may process connection metadata according to their own policies. Do not enter real account details.
